September Minutes

New Members of the Council, Christa Anderson and Lauren Hall, were welcomed.
Emily Watterson was nominated for the Council Chair. A second was voiced and the vote was unanimous.
Jordan Kerr was nominated for Vice Chair. A second was voiced and the vote was unanimous.
Christa Anderson volunteered to take minutes at the meetings.
Mr. Keck reviewed the current budget and gave an overview of what the schedule for the year would look like.
Approved and made adjustment to Rules of Order and Procedure.
Motion was made to adjourn and the motion received a second.

October Minutes

Review of September Minutes. Minutes approved with motion and second.
Budget Review
Emily discussed the upcoming redesign of the district and school websites and the potential to make the School Community Council and LAND Trust Program page more understandable.
Potential new Internet Safety Bill addressed and discussed.
Review of current district and school Digital Citizenship policies.
Progress of Safe Routes Utah and sidewalks on 2^nd East discussed.
Mr. Keck and Emily will evaluate maps around school to determine where future sidewalks could be considered.
Motion was made to change November meeting from the 26^th to the 20^th. Motion received a second. Motion approved.
Motion was made to adjourn and the motion received a second.

November Minutes

SCC proposes a new side walk be placed on the north side of 200 South from 200 East and 100 East.
Discussion about the poor sidewalk conditions on 300 East from Center Street to 200 North.
Discussion about safety at the corner of 100 North and 300 East.
Discussion about safety at the corner of 200 North and 100 East.
Discussion about the potential of a new roundabout at the corner of 200 North and 300 East.
Discussion about safety at the corner of 200 West and 100 North.
Discussion about snow removal on Spring Creek Parkway.
City invites SCC to help determine where sidewalk repairs can be addressed by the City.
Additional grant applications cannot be considered until the issues regarding 100 East are resolved. SCC will table any proposals until 2025-2026 school year.
