Hello Providence Families! We are in the home stretch of the school year and the energy is building! We know there are many exciting things happening this month and are so grateful for your support in making them happen!
Here are a few things for your consideration:
-
We are very close to meeting our goal of reading two million minutes as a school. If we reach this goal by Friday, we will be having our annual Reading Fire Hose Down.
-
During our morning drop-off, please be advised that teachers' contractual supervision duties begin at 8:35 AM. Students must not be dropped off on school grounds before this time, as adequate supervision is not available.
-
During our afternoon pick-up, please be advised that all students must be picked up promptly at dismissal. Teachers and staff frequently have scheduled meetings, professional development, and other obligations immediately following dismissal that prevent continued student supervision. Please ensure your child is picked up no later than 3:45 PM.
Thank you for your cooperation, partnership and support in ensuring a successful and safe school year for our students.
